NARRATIVE REPORT
(Win,Cam. Norte:Early Training)

In most sports,the ability to successfully perform explosive task

is based on strength and power.Strength is the development of force
where as power is force development per unit of task (Fleck and
Kraemer, 2014).
Palarong Bicol is fast approaching which will be held at Freedom
Sports Complex,Pili, Camarines Sur on March 15-21, 2014.Ruel
Chow coach of volleyball elem. Boys and Sheila N. Madrid Coach of
volleyball elem. Girls with the approval of our supportive PSDS
Maam Jiji Maricel A. Lacson and enthusiastic principal Sir Sofio V.
Rieza agreed to conduct an early training for the volleyball players
to develop and strengthen their skills in preparation for the forth
coming 2015 Palarong Bicol with the help of our diligent trainer Noel
De Jesus in partnership with the Department of Education,Division of
Camarines Norte on the months of November to December 2014 at
Paracale Elementary School,Paracale,Camarines Norte. The training
was conducted at the volleyball court of Paracale Elem. School
everyday at 3:00 pm the billeting center was the classroom of Mr.
Antonio R. Naing Jr.
The athletes that were included in the program/training was
accepted as regular students in Paracale Elem. School and there was
an agreement with the advisers in their school and the teachers here
in Paracale Elem. School in their daily activities with regards to their
academic. All expenses was charged against the coaches,sponsorship
by PTAs,LGUs,school athletics fund and other sources.
This training aims to promote sportsmanship ,developing more
the volleyball skills and attitudes ,and make them strong core players

boys and girls ready and competitive to represent the name of the
entire division that value the virtue of persistence in order to achieve
the goal Palarong Bicol 2015.
After the training we can say that the athletes are now equipped
with skills in volleyball and ready to represent the Division of
Camarines Norte in the upcoming Palarong Bicol.We Surely know that
they are going to show the discipline and values that they should
posses as athletes.We have the possible strong core to compete in
the Regional Meet 2015.

I have the honor to submit the accomplishment report or the project
proposal entitled Win,Cam. Norte! Early Training (for the selected volleyball
players both for boys and girls elementary level for Palarong Bicol 2015) which
was conducted at Paracale Elementary School last November 24 ends last
December 17,2014.
Attached herewith are pictures, training design and narrative report of this
project with favorable result.
