1. Summary
We are presenting air conditioning equipment and materials submittals, reviewing plans, and
attending coordination meetings. The container in site 6 is being used as an office. A plan is done for
interns in the slabs. The new pipeline route for cold water from the machine house to the roof of the
sterile corridors of the Block G is being checked.
2. Construction
We are currently doing workshop plans for the ducts and verifying the ceilings to have a definitive
and approved plan to begin the duct fabrication.
There is still no manufacturing this month.
3. Job Progress Table
We are currently only working in the presentation of air conditioning equipment and material
submittals .The chillers submittals is approved and the purchase order was placed. The cooling
tower submittal is approved and the purchase order is being placed. Also the airside, fan-coil type
units, liebert equipment, extractors and inyectors for the bathroms, mechanical rooms and electrical
rooms submittals have been approved.
4. Payment Status
The payment table is still in the process.
5. Purchases
The chiller order has been placed and we are in the process of placing the cooling tower order.
The following orders have been placed: chillers, cooling tower, airside, fan-coil type units, liebert
equipment for IT rooms. In process the extractors order.
6. Environment and Safety
In this first period we are reviewing work permits and giving safety talks so that the field staff will
be ready when the installations begin. We are currently working with EDICA supervisor to present
the MSDS of the chemicals we are going to use and their manipulation, working permits are being
done to evaluate the possible risks.
