It is proposed that the music video will be 3:51 seconds. This will be filmed at my
house which is located at, 31 Canterbury Road, Morden, Surrey, SM46QW and
will also be edited at this address as well as the school. The target audience for

the music video is aimed at teenagers and young adults that like to go out play
football and play Fifa.
The music video will show friendship between teenage boys, which will be shown
by the artists and what they like to do in their spare time when they havent got
homework or school during the day. This is a relatable scenario to our target
audience.

Several locations have been visited and a shortlist has been drawn up:
Suggested locations are:
Sams House ( 31Canterbury Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 6QW)
Park behind Harrys House (59 Middleton Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 6RU)
Sutton Studio (St Nicholas Way, Sutton, SM1 1EA)
The Health and Safety of all these three locations, is good as there is nothing
around or inside the location that will be able to harm a person. There are also no
obstacles in the way for people to walk around except for the local park however,
it is an open space and a lot of space to operate. The way we will put these in
place, is to make sure the area is clear before we start filming or doing anything
needed to do.

The Music video will include the following:

a) The artist will be sitting on my bed whilst playing fifa.
b) The artist will be playing football at the park trying to copy what we do
on fifa 15.
c) The artist/artists will also be miming whilst Im performing and harry
and Alfie will be playing guitar.
These strands will work together to create a young & sporty person for
the artists.

Structure
The music video will be in colour and in HD 720p
The Music video will start with the artist walking into a house, then going into a
bedroom to start to play fifa by turning on the Xbox and letting the game set up.
Then the camera will be cutting between different locations from when were at
the park and my house. This will also cut with shots of the artists signing.

Budget
Planning meeting Plan the meeting for us to meet up and discuss what
we are doing to do.
Filming filmed, at the park and my house.
Editing This will be done at my house and school.
Hire
3-Day Hire.
Camera = Canon XF305, which is 100 per day hire; this shows we will
need it for three days so it will calculate up to 300.
Tripod = Vinten Vinten Pro 10DC System, which is 16.00 per day hire.
This also shows that you need it for three days so will calculate too
16.00 x 3 = 48.00. This is a perfect combination for the latest
professional cameras, so is a good piece of equipment.
Lighting = Arri 750W Head Kit This includes Three arrilite 750W plus
lamp heads, three arri 050MKA light stands, set of scrims, crocodile clips,
two spare bulbs, Allen key for changing bulbs. This is 40 per day hire, this
shows that it will cost 120 for the 3 days of hire we need it for.
Studio = SLV Studios - 495 per day hire, we will need his for a three dya
hire which is calculate to 1485.
Editing Suite = The editing suite, this cost around 150 per day of editing,
we will only be needing this for around 1-2 days, so this calculate up to
300.

Subtotal - 2,353
Production Contingency @10%
Travel Expenses @40p per mile

Total production budget = 2,353

Schedule
It is proposed that they music video will be produced within the timescale outline
by the shooting schedule. The complete music video will be available to be
viewed at the appointment time in order to make any changes to fit the clients
needs.
The sources of requirements for the music video:
Props Football, Guitars, Xbox Controller, Xbox One, Football Goal & Net and Fifa.
Costume The costumes can really be anything however, it would be better if
you wore a pair of jeans, jumper, nice trainers. This will show that you are nicely
dressed and are appropriate to be in the music video.
