1. Updated Resume describing education and experience IN DETAIL;
2. Work Experience Letters from current and past employers;
3. Copies of all School Educational certificates, College Degrees, Transcripts, IT Training Certifications &
Education Evaluation(If the evaluation is already done in USA);
4. Copies of any other Certificates, Awards, Courses, Diplomas, etc.;
5. Copies of all pages of Passport including blank pages;
6. Copy of front and back of I-94 Arrival/Departure card in passport, if currently in the US.
7. Copies of all Current and/or Previous Nonimmigrant Visa Approvals [Form I-797 & I-129], if currently
in the US on H1B, H-4, L-1, J-1, TN, or F-1 status.
8. Copies of 3-6 recent pay stubs, if legally employed in the US:
9. Copies of all Form I-20 issued, if currently in the US on F-1 or J-1 status
10. Copies of relevant documents for spouse and children, including passport, I-94 card and marriage/birth
certificate, if they are currently in the US and need H4.
11. Copy of Marriage Certificate for spouse, if spouse is currently in the US.
12. Copies of your current and previous Employment Contract or Offer Letter;
13. A letter from the client Manager mentioning you as a Consultant and describing your roles and
responsibilities.
14. Fill up Page 2 & 3; Attach and Send a copy by Email.
