Education, A neglected priority

I am an ordinary person of mid twenties, for me world is full of possibilities along

with all the difficulties. I am a proud Pakistani accepting the fact that I am a
resident of third world country, where education is a sector demanding instant
measure for the renewal of educational era.
Our society is divided into different classes briefly i.e. first and foremost called
haute monde and they easily afford educational expenses for their childrens
instead they even easily make to send their childrens to get higher education in
worlds most well recognize and expensive institutions, Same case is with working
class, they manage to get their children better education and handsome living.
Whereas plain folks (lower middle class) if somehow manages to educate their
children Up to 10th grade or manage to make them Bachelors, they could not
educate further because of low income. And discussing about the human being who
lives their life below the average, for them basic necessities are their wish, then
how they can even think of getting education instead of food and shelter.
They are called Labour...
Earlier this week I have been through an article related per month wages for the
labour in Pakistan.
In June, 2015 the Federal Government has raised the minimum wage from Rs 12000
to Rs. 13000 per month for unskilled workers. This decision also followed by other
provincial Governments of Punjab, Baluchistan & Sind. Same is the case with
Juvenile and unskilled (from 13 to 17 years) is Rs.13000.lets have a quick glance
over the minimum wages for the labors for past 15 years.

According To the World Bank last survey in 2013 measured labour, its ratio is 54.40
percent of the whole population.
We have to admit that the education measures established in the past are not
sufficient. In order to improve our measures in the future, it is necessary to assess
the outcome from the previous contrivance. While focusing on budget every year,
there is immense need of focusing on priorities that can give a massive positive
outcome for the long run.

Better depiction of table could have been as under.
