Cedric Scott, a former successful mortgage account executive has filed to  Mars Hill College, Mars
represent Mecklenburg County in the NC State Senate District 38 in the Hill, NC, B.A., Political

November 2, 2010 general election. He seeks to represent citizens who are  Mars Hill College, Mars
