Immediate Recommendations
1. Follow Jacobs Babtie procedure for Design Reviews mandated in Compass BPP 04 Issue 2.7 Page 5
of 24 Section 3 Input Statements and Design Control.
2. Revisit and document output from Value Management workshops in terms of H&S risk.
3. Develop and circulate a design programme showing:
JB internal design review meetings involving JB Design Manager, Team Leaders, Planning
Supervisor and Verifier, and
4. Provide clear guidance to Team Leaders on requirement for DRAs at Phase 1B and Detailed design
and requirement to identify top five residual risks for XX design and provide to Planning Supervisor.
Provide examples.
5. Issue standardised DRA format to all TLs compatible with XX Risk Register requirements. Provide
example of the standard required.
6. Provide Design Team Organogram to all designers
7. Advise TLs of availability and HSE and SiD reference material
