Duties
  -- Base Station and Wireless Engineer --

   Effectively manage Customer’s complaints, Case aging, customer care


 Effectively execute department section strategy planning
 Achieve necessary company policies accordance company’s directions
 Identify soft skill training needs ensure its completion
 Build up knowledge bases for technologies under your taking care
 Ensure full compliance company department processes, procedures best
practice
 Ensure that only assigned engineers are allowed go off company’s premise provide
services customers
 Ensure that engineers in section must register their service cases Call Center
before deliver services customer
 Properly plan monitor spare parts maintenance contracted customers
 Understanding engineer situation either personal work ensure they perform job
well

Requirements
  -- Base Station and Wireless Engineer --

   Must have strong commitment


 Be able understand adapt company environment
 Be able work teammate very good teamwork strongly
 Be able speak English very good
 Bachelor degree preferred
 Job Experience BTS, Wireless Microwave
 Understand BTS Microwave infrastructure
 Display strong consumer service mindedness
 Possess positive attitude
 be able claim Antenna

 Must have strong commitment


 Be able understand adapt company environment
 Be able work teammate very good teamwork strongly
 Be able speak English very good
 Bachelor degree preferred
 Job Experience at least 2 year Electronic Power System Air-conditioner system
   Can install understand Electronic Power System
 Display strong consumer service mindedness
 Possess positive attitude
 Experience customer service course
 Preferred certificates (MGE/APC, Cabling system, Networking, OS, software management,
Applications,..)

  -- Network Security Engineer --

 Be able understand adapt company environment


 Be able work teammate very good teamwork strongly
 Be able speak English very good
 Can install understand network infrastructure
 Display strong consumer service mindedness
 Possess positive attitude
   Experience customer service course
 Bachelor degree IT relate field
 Experience Network Security advantage
 Preferred certificates: MCP, MCSA+Security, CCNA Security
 Good problem solving, positive attitude, able work under pressure, High commitment,
initiative Display strong customer mindset
