Qualification Criteria

For Resellers
Before submitting the Reseller Application Form, kindly read this Qualification Criteria for
Resellers. Only qualified applicants with all required documents submitted will be
considered for appointment as MYNIC Authorised Reseller.

1. Registration is open to all active companies/businesses registered in Malaysia.


2. Applicants need to submit all the required documents stipulated in the Reseller
Application Form.
3. Applicants must be able and have the resource to execute Application Programming
Interface (API) integration with MYNIC system.
4. Applicants need to provide 24/7 customer service support, online or offline for .my
domain name clients.
5. Applicants need to have a proper office to operate and open to public for visit.
6. Applicants need to provide a proposal plan on how to market .my domain name.
7. Applicants need to propose clear payment method for .my customer online and offline.
8. Applicants need to have active official website with .my domain name.
9. Applicants need to have at least 400 active domain names per year.
10.

Applicants need to have experience in ICT related business.

11. Applicants need to attend MYNIC Annual Reseller Meeting.


12. Applicants are encouraged to support and participate in MYNIC event as and when
needed.

Instructions
1. Applicants need to fill out the Reseller Application Form and no columns are to be
left empty.
2. Applicants need to ensure they have fulfilled all the required criteria before
submitting the Reseller Application Form.
3. All requested documents must be submitted with the Reseller Application Form.
4. The Reseller Application Form must be submitted together with official letter using
companys letter head.
5. Applicants must submit the Reseller Application by hand or post to :

1. MYNIC shall only review the completed application form.
2. MYNIC reserves the right to request for additional information to substantiate,
support the application further or to clarify any matter.
3. MYNIC is not responsible for any expenses incurred which are incidental or arise
from the preparation of the application.
4. MYNIC reserves the right to reject and/or suspend or cancel the application at any
time without specifying any reason.
5. MYNIC will be under no obligation to make any compensation or any other
payment to the applicant or any other party.
6. The successful applicant is required to enter into a Reseller Agreement with MYNIC.
