To apply, print the Architectural Review Application found on the website in the documents section and follow the instructions for mailing or faxing it to Charleston Management Co. You may only begin work after you have received approval. If you have questions about the architectural review process, or if you need to report unapproved work, please contact the architectural review committee.

The Annual Parade
10am Decorate your bikes and strollers and meet in the Hiking Trail cul-de-sac. The Falls Fire Department will lead us along the parade route down Halfhitch to Bolo and ending at the pool for an Ice Cream Social.
