Architectural Review Information
Before performing exterior work on your home, such as new paint, adding a shed,
removing trees or building a fence, you must seek approval of the Durant Trails HOA
board and the architectural committee. To apply, print the Architectural Review
Application found on the website in the documents section and follow the instructions for
mailing or faxing it to Charleston Management Co. You may only begin work after you
have received approval. If you have questions about the architectural review process, or
if you need to report unapproved work, please contact the architectural review committee.

4th of July Festivities

The Annual Parade

Decorate your bikes and strollers and meet in the
Hiking Trail cul-de-sac. The Falls Fire Department
will lead us along the parade route down
Halfhitch to Bolo and ending at the pool for
an Ice Cream Social.

Come out and join your neighbors!!!!!
