Are You Speeding? Do you stop for
pedestrians in crosswalks?
We all need to use caution and
responsibility to obey the posted
25mph speed limit as well
stopping for pedestrians in
crosswalks. It’s not only a state law but
it’s for the safety of our kids.
Some Friendly Reminders……
Dogs (and cats) must be
leashed at all times. This is
a city ordinance for the
safety of all residents.

Yard waste should be cut and bundled
then put into CLEAR plastic bags or
trash cans. Bags or containers should
not be put out until the night before pick-
up. Durant Trails pickup is on
Wednesdays.
It is the responsibility of each
homeowner to trim trees and shrubs
overhanging sidewalks.
Pool News
The pool is open. Please review the pool
rules listed on the website.
A new video web camera was installed
during the winter months. We are
hoping this will cut down on repeated
issues with vandalism around the pool
area.
Several trees and the old front entrance
gate were removed to make way for
sixteen new parking spaces. The spaces
will be added in the upcoming weeks.
The parking area may be closed for a
few days so please be patient.
 Architectural Review Information
Before performing exterior work on your home, such as new paint, adding a shed,
removing trees or building a fence, you must seek approval of the Durant Trails HOA
board and the architectural committee. To apply, print the Architectural Review
Application found on the website in the documents section and follow the instructions for
mailing or faxing it to Charleston Management Co. You may only begin work after you
have received approval. If you have questions about the architectural review process, or
if you need to report unapproved work, please contact the architectural review committee.

4th of July Festivities

The Annual Parade

10am
Decorate your bikes and strollers and meet in the
Hiking Trail cul-de-sac. The Falls Fire Department
will lead us along the parade route down
Halfhitch to Bolo and ending at the pool for
an Ice Cream Social.

Come out and join your neighbors!!!!!
