Oiler on duty found fire and report to duty officer on the bridge
Duty officer Sounded fire alarm for emergency fire drill & called Master
immediately.
All crews mustered in main deck with PPE completed

Head counted, all crew presented. Reported to Master

Second Engineer and 3rd Engineer closed all ventilator flaps, watertight doors,
port-lights and other accesses and report to the bridge.

Chief engineer report to bridge that emergency fire pump ready to use

Emergency team 1 and back up team prepared fire-fighting appliances

(Fireman Outfit, SCBA, Fire Hose and Hydrant to make ready)

Master informed to Emergency team for wearing fireman outfit and SCBA to
extinguished fire in bow Thruster room.
Chief officer reported to the bridge that Emergency team 1 and back up team
with fireman outfit and SCBA ready to extinguished fire in bow Thruster,
Emergency team extinguished the fire using portable fire extinguisher and
Back up team stand by fire hose.
Tested emergency fire pump with 2 fire hose water jet and cooling spray, all in
good working condition
Medical team ready on main deck with stretcher and oxygen resuscitator and
report to the bridge

Chief officer report to bridge that fire can extinguish by crew. No injury person
during extinguished fire.
Fire drill completed and dismissed

LSA & FFA Equipment Used & Tested:

Firemans outfit, BA Set, Fire hoses, Nozzle Emergency Fire pump.
