Last Meeting
z Our last meeting will be next week with Mr. Glezakos
z All NewCo members should attend

Ballot Stuffers
z We will be stuffing ballots after school in room 1044 this Wednesday

Runner Divisions (all pod designations refer to upstairs and downstairs)

z Abbas: English pod, science classrooms between English and business pods
z Shelley: Business/math pods
z Fiona: Gyms, classrooms between business and history/geography (upstairs and downstairs)
z Tiff: History/geography pods
z Jason: Music rooms, art rooms
z Vitu: Portables

Counters
z We will be counting periods 3 and 5 in the staff dining room on the day of the elections
z Period 3: Abbas, Frederick, Jason, Zimu, Paul, Alex, Terry, Esther
z Period 5: Zimu, Alex, Vitu, Shelley, Fiona, Josh

Elections (general):
z Speeches will be given back tomorrow morning (Tuesday)
z Name spelling should be verified for the ballots
z Jay, Abbas and NewCo should be at the grade representative elections
z NewCo will present the winners at the end of period 5
z Each grade assembly will be approximately 15 minutes (not 20)

z 1 spares can vote
NewCo & Next Year
z The new StuCo logo will be designed by Zimu
z The office should be cleaned out after exams (mostly by OldCo)
z A StuCo office introduction (key, rules, where everything is) should take place once grade reps are elected
z There might be a student council camp during the summer for creating stronger ties between NewCo
members
z Next year’s StuCo video will be done by Jay – filming will start during the summer
z Our new teacher advisor may be Mr. Bennett
