A. This is eliminatory in nature and generally one in three/four candidates are selected.

A. Company tries to assess you on your interpersonal communications skills, along with your achievements and career
goals, if they are in alignment with Heinz's requirements.
Company is looking for people who are go-getter and result-oriented rather than high on fundas.
Q. What is the biggest mistake a candidate can make during the interview?
A. Candidate should not be defensive, edgy or seem to avoid/hesitant about some of the personal questions. He should
articulate his thoughts well.

A. Some subject questions are asked, which are related to marketing and sales if these are the functions you have shown
interest in. In case your preference is for HR, you will be asked HR related questions. You might be asked how would you
improve the sales in a particular territory or how would you motivate the employees.

A. Company tries to assess the analytical skills and the communication skills and whether they are in alignment with the
company's requirements. You should display a logical thinking and a level head clear about your objectives.
