TERMS AND CONDITIONS Online Voting

Name of Award Show:
Anugerah Lawak Warna 2015 (Award Show) is organised by Measat Broadcast Network Systems Sdn Bhd
(Organiser) and will be held on 21st August 2015 at PWTC, Kuala Lumpur and is broadcasted live on the
ASTRO WARNA channel and/or any other ASTRO branded Channels.
The Award Show is presented annually to recognise, honour and reward individuals and productions for
outstanding achievement in comedy for Television and Film. The award categories reflect the wealth and diversity
of Malaysian comedy.
The majority of Awards conferred are chosen by a collective of professionals who have been involved at the
highest level in the Malaysian comedy and entertainment industry including performers, broadcast executives,
writers, producers and directors, whether past or present.
In addition to the regular programme genre and performance categories, the Award Show is also to honour
special individuals or productions in recognition of their specific contribution to the Comedy Television and Film
industry. Excluding the popular choice awards where public voting is involved, the awards are chosen by a panel
of judges whom are experts from the industry as appointed by the Organiser (Judges).

VOTING MECHANISM
Online Voting
a) Login to official website of Anugerah Lawak Warna at www.anugerahlawakwarna.com.my (Website) to
vote.
b) User need to register on the Website via an active Facebook account to vote on the nominees.
c) Each Facebook ID have an option for Bulk vote (i.e 1,3, and 5). Each user can vote once per category
per day.
d) Voting Period: 13th July 2015 (6.00pm) 21th August 2015 (12.00 pm)
e) In the event of a tie, the Executive Producer and Producer of ALW 2015, shall have the sole discretion
to determine which Nominee will be the winner.

AWARD ANNOUNCEMENT
Winners for respective award categories will be announced during the live broadcast of the Award Show on 21st
August 2015
The Organiser here expressly reserves its rights to modify and/or amend the terms provided herein as it deems fit
at its own discretion.

TERMA DAN SYARAT RANCANGAN - Undian Online
Nama Rancangan:
Anugerah Lawak Warna 2014 (Anugerah) yang dianjurkan oleh Measat Broadcast Network Systems Sdn Bhd
(Pihak Penganjur) akan diadakan pada 21st Ogos 2015 bertempat di PWTC, Kuala Lumpur dan akan disiarkan
secara langsung di saluran ASTRO WARNA dan/atau mana-mana saluran ASTRO yang lain.
Anugerah ini dianjurkan untuk memberi pengiktirafan dan penghormatan kepada individu dan rancangan yang
memperolehi pencapaian cemerlang dalam industri komedi untuk Televisyen dan Filem. Anugerah ini
mencerminkan kepelbagaian komedi di Malaysia.
Majoriti Anugerah yang dipersembahkan adalah mengikut pemilihan juri-juri profesional dalam industri komedi
dan hiburan di Malaysia termasuk penghibur, penyiar, penulis, penerbit dan pengarah tidak termasuk anugerah
pilihan popular di mana ia melibatkan undian awam.
Selain daripada kategori di bawah, Anugerah ini juga memberi penghormatan kepada individu atau pihak
produksi sebagai pengikhtirafan terhadap sumbangan mereka kepada industri komedi dan filem tanahair. Tidak
termasuk anugerah pilihan yang popular di mana undian orang ramai terlibat, anugerah dipilih oleh panel juri
yang pakar dalam iindustri yang dilantik oleh Penganjur (Juri)

CARA CARA PENGUNDIAN

UNDIAN MELALUI LAMAN WEB

A. Daftar masuk ke laman web rasmi Anugerah Lawak Warna di www.anugerahlawakwarna.com.my
("Laman Web") untuk mengundi
B. Pengguna perlu mendaftar di Laman Web melalui akaun Facebook yang aktif untuk mengundi caloncalon.
C. Setiap Facebook ID mempunyai pilihan untuk mengundi secara pukal 1,3, dan 5. Setiap pengguna hanya
boleh mengundi satu kali bagi setiap kategori setiap hari.
D. Tempoh Pengundian: 10 Julai 2015 (6.00pm) to 21 Ogos 2015 (12.00pm)
PENGUMUMAN PEMENANG ANUGERAH
Pemenang bagi setiap kategori anugerah akan diumumkan semasa siaran langsung Anugerah pada 21 Ogos
2015.
Pihak Penganjur berhak untuk mengubah suai dan / atau meminda terma-terma yang terdapat di sini tertakluk
pada budi bicara Pihak Pengajur

Standard Terms and Conditions for Online Voting

1.

Charges

1.1

Online Voting
Online Voters votes will not be subject to any charges.

2.

Voting Entries

2.1

Each vote shall be deemed as a voting entry by the Voter (Voting Entry) or (Voting Entries)
(hereinafter Voter). Online Voters are only allowed to vote once per category per day during the
Voting Period.

2.2

Voters must ensure that their Voting Entries are complete and accurate. Organiser shall have the right to
disqualify any Voting Entries which are incomplete, invalid or not made in accordance with the Terms and
Conditions herein.

2.3

Voters under the age of eighteen (18) must seek parental and/or guardian approval before participating in
the Voting. The Organiser considers it the responsibility of parents and/or guardian to monitor their
childrens (who are below the requisite age) participation in this Voting.

3.

Adherence to Online Voting Terms and Conditions

3.1

All Voters shall be required to adhere to these Online Voting Terms and Conditions including any changes
made thereto. Astro reserves the right to disregard the Online Voting Entry, in the event any of the Online
Voting Terms and Conditions and/or Astro Website Terms of Use and Notices are not adhered to.

4.

Variation to the Online Voting Terms and Conditions

4.1

Astro reserves the right to change, amend, delete or add to these Online Voting Terms and Conditions
without prior notice at any time and the Voters shall be bound to such changes.

5.

Exclusion of Liability

5.1

The Organiser will not be responsible or liable for:

5.1.1

any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission,

communications line failure, destruction, alteration of or unauthorized Voting Entries howsoever
arising (including without limitation as a result of server malfunctions, virus, bugs, human or
technical error or other causes outside its control); and

5.1.2

any other errors, acts or omissions whatsoever by the participating telecommunication service
providers of the Voting.

5.1.3

The organiser has the right to extract the demographics of the Voter.

6.

Disqualification

6.1

Without prejudice to any rights which the Organiser may have in law, the Organiser reserves the right at
its sole discretion to disqualify any Vote that it determines to be tampering with the entry process or the
operation of the Voting, or to be acting in breach or potential breach of the Online Voting Terms and
Conditions.

Suspension

7.1

7.2

The Organiser further reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, suspend or delay the Voting in the
event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its reasonable control or for any reasons whatsoever at the
sole and absolute discretion of the Organiser.

8.

Governing Law
These voting Terms and Conditions shall be construed, governed and interpreted in accordance with the
laws of Malaysia.

9.

The Organisers Decision

All decisions made by the Organiser pertaining to all aspects of the Voting including without limitation the
process and manner the votes are counted and vote results shall be final and no correspondence shall
be entertained.

Personal Data
All Voters agree that they have read, understood and agreed to the terms of the privacy notice attached
herein and consent to the processing of their personal data as described in the privacy notice.
