You’ll never look at dinner the same way again! In Food, Inc.,
filmmaker Robert Kenner lifts the veil on our nation’s food
industry, exposing the highly mechanized underbelly that
has been hidden from the American consumer with the
consent of our government’s regulatory agencies, USDA
and FDA. Our nation’s food supply is now controlled by
a handful of corporations that often put profit ahead of
consumer health, the livelihood of the American farmer,
the safety of workers and our own environment.

Help Prepare the Trails for National Trails Day!

May 13, 5pm at the WM Trailhead**

Please come and help! It’s good fun and good exercise.
Tools are provided. Just bring your bug spray! All of the
trails need to be cleaned up for the coming hiking season.
Race to the Top of Bradford
Saturday, June 5, 9:00am, DD Trailhead, Chase Hollow
3.5 Mile Course - $15 Entry Fee - 4 Prizes to Top Runners
3.5 mile foot race to Bradford’s highest point (the cabin on
Wrights Mountain) and back (ages 14 to adult).
1.5 Mile Course - $5 Entry Fee - Prizes Given to All
1.5 mile run on less challenging terrain (ages 13 and
under). Parents are welcome to accompany children on
the 1.5 mile run.
Live Music • Refreshments Available by Donation
Sponsored by the Bradford Conservation Commission
and St. J Auto with support from Bradford PIzza, Bliss
Store, South End Market and other local merchants.
