ORDER:
The Department of Homeland Security ("OHS") and the respondent have filed a joint motion
to reopen and terminate these proceedings without prejudice so that the respondent can pursue an
adjustment of status application and an I-601A waiver before the OHS, United States Citizenship
and Immigration Services ("USCIS"). The motion to reopen is grantd, and these proceedings
are terminated without prejudice.

The record reflects that a Notice of Entry of Appearance Before the Board of Immigration
Appeals (Form EOIR-27) has not been submitted. See 8 C.F.R. 1003.3(a)(3). Although we do
