Assalamu'alaikum Wr. Wb.
Dear Colleagues,
Welcome to 1st Indonesia Interventional Pain Physician Symposium
(1st Ina-IPPS). This is the only multidisciplinary conference in Indonesia
offering insight into the complex problem of pain management, with our
theme this year "Living in Harmony Without Pain". This event aiming to
explore the diversifying science and therapeutic application in pain.
Chronic pain is major cause of suffering, disability, lost of productivity
and diminished quality of life, across the entire life course. Due to
complexity of the chronic pain, it is barely impossible to manage patient
with limited modalities and resources.
Collaborative care approach has demonstrated improving treatment
effectiveness, patient satisfaction, and health care outcomes. This
collaboration consist of two major treatment principles,
multidisciplinary sciences approach and interventional pain
management which is added to standard treatment.
These principles have been well developed in some countries, but not in
ours. In order to pursue, some specialist physicians who have the same
concern on interventional pain management have formed ISIPP
(Indonesian Society of Interventional Pain Physician) last year.
By this early September located in Jakarta, well organized scientific
programs, which consist of various interesting multidisciplinary topics,
newest technic, highly competent and experienced faculties (local as
well as foreign speakers), will be presented to you. We also organized
charity program on interventional pain management.
This event is held in conjunction with 1st National Congress of
Indonesian Society of Interventional Pain Physician (ISIPP) as a forum
for multidisciplinary pain specialist to assemble a unified vision in
dealing with pain.
We believe that this meeting will brings you to a valuable experiences,
and will spur our spirit to learn more about interventional pain
management, since this is relatively new technic on treating chronic
pain in Indonesia.
We look forward to see you in the beauty of Jakarta.

Dear colleagues,
Pain is a worldwide problem, which is larger than some disease are
combined together. Most of diseases are related to chronic pain. To
improve this problem, especially in Indonesia, a group of physicians who
share the same vision gathered to form Indonesian Society of
Interventional Pain Physician (ISIPP). We hope that we can bring
together multidisciplinary experts in the field of pain medicine for
standardization and advancement of interventional pain service. ISIPP
is formed last year, and we are still growing to become Indonesian
Chapter of WIP.
To improve standard of pain patient management, we conduct
scientific meeting which consists of symposium and workshop that will
be held this September in Jakarta.
I am very honored to introduce you to our new organization. We look
forward for you to join us, to achieve one common goal in preventing and
overcoming pain.

- One month before event 50% refund of fee
paid
- On and after the date No refund
- No show registration cannot be refunded
Accommodation
- Hotel room rate is net for room only
- Please note that official check in time is
15.00 local time and check out time is
12.00 local time
- Approval of early check-in and late checkout is at discretion of the hotel.
- No reservation will be made without full
deposit of nights booking due to room
availability.
Any changes and cancellations regarding to
room reservation in pre-registration period
must be done in writing to the Secretariat at
least 168 hours prior to arrival. After the
date, guaranteed payment for 1 night will be
charged.
- No Show will be applied on the first night for
delayed or postpone staying that causes
the loss of 1 night room deposit made.
- In the event of materialization, the hotel will
charge the full amount duration of stay
upon check-out that causes the loss of
mentioned deposit made.
- Refund may only be made after the event by
bank transfer. Official letter should be
