PRODUCTION PROCESS WITH EXPANSION & NEW TEAM

Pattern Target: 200 styles/week


2 senior pattern maker: 16 new styles/day (target: 8 style/person)
2 assistants pattern maker : 24 copy styles/day (target: 12 style/person)
(still need 1 assistant pattern maker)

b.

Senior Fabric cutter for sample:

Sewing Target: 200 samples/week


8 senior sewer : 40 new samples/day (target: 5 samples/person)

( For 200 styles of target, we still need: 6 senior fabric cutters + 12 assistants + 12 new cutting table)

B. TECHNICAL DRAWING PROCESS (TECHNICAL DESIGNER)

Attend Development meetings with designers & merchants to understand vision and concept and add technical insight
during meeting
Analyze and review merchandise for fit, construction, and overall quality
Assess garment aesthetic and desired fit intent during development
Collaborate with designers and provide direction regarding fabric, trim, fit and garment construction
Initiate Product Development Packet for copy styles
Manipulate sketches/photos of each garment using photo-shop/illustrator in order to convey requested construction
guidelines and fit corrections to factories.
TD Outer: front side/back side/right side/left side.
TD Inner:lining/interlining
TD Zoom: detail of accessories/features
TD of finishing: stitching/embroidery
Develop, update, and utilize library of blocks and patterns with assigned categories to ensure standards are being met
to support best fit and to expedite the production process.

C. MERCHANDISER DEVELOPMENT (MD)

PROCURE & PREPARING WORKSHEET DEVELOPMENT REGARDING PURCHASE ORDER


Preparation of material requirement
Collecting of garment samples, trims and different types of swatches from the vendors
Costing and negotiation with trim & accessory suppliers
Arrange all materials needed for the garments to CMT
Maintaining files and Accounts
Updating Time and Action calendar

SAMPLE
Planning for new sampling and production orders
Handle quality issues for sampling as well as production
Follow up with vendors for samples
Follow up with designer for approvals and feedback
Giving approval on samples where desingner intervention is not required
Updating latest comments on particular styles or order to vendor representative

PRODUCTION
Selection and finalizing of vendors for the upcoming orders based on vendors experience of making similar products

Meeting with vendors and explaining new development requirement to vendor team(PP meeting)
Execution of running orders (production)
Visit to vendor site & monitoring all production process as per time scadule
Update report to designer with the order status at all stages

DELIVERING
Monitoring garment packing instruction
Preparing inspection schedule for delivering and notifying to quality department in SALESTOCK warehouse

D. FABRIC TREATMENT (CUTTING TEAM)

Relaxing fabric for 2 day befor cutting, especially for organic fabric (cotton/wool/knitting) is to avoid shrinking,
twisting,dsb
