I really communication and working with


customers. This job incudes
understanding customers business
domain, analyzing, planning of
operational strategies to resolve client
challenges. The job requires a good level
of analytical and communication skills
what I have.

I have had an internship in Bahrein a


trainee on this programme. We learnt
about management of the supply chain in
a big company on water delivering here.
Recently I have also passed an online
course on Supply Chains innovations and
a way to sustainable development, which
motivated me to devote myself to this
area.

Is there a
hiring
demand?

As far as I know, there is always a


demand for consultants due to a high staff
turnover. But Bahrain is a very small
country so it is not easy to find a job here.

Bahrain is a very small country so I cant


say there are a lot of job positions offered.
There are a high demand for senior
positions, but it is not too easy to find a
job for recently graduate person.

Based on your research, which career path would you prefer to pursue? Why?
I want to pursue a career path of Supply Chain Manager because I have already tried it on the internship
and I liked it. I have necessary skills required for this job, such as communication, writing and
organizational skills, understanding of business processes on enterprises, problem-solving and analytical
skills. Supply chain management includes all the activities a business employs to keep its products
flowing, from sourcing raw materials, to delivering finished goods at the point of purchase. It is also
implemented in many industries: automotive, food, beverage, electronics and others what give many
opportunities to find a job.
