Torrance real estate investors were busy in April as total sales spiked 22.5%, median days to sell fell 11.4%, net listings improved
2.8%, and the sales-listing ratio increased 19.1%. Despite the aforementioned the median sales price did fall, but by a marginal
3.6%.
