OBJECTIVES
The overall objective is to achieve high performance. Our aim primarily is to
motivate and inspire groups/entities to strive in the attainment of this objective by means
of embracing the mindset of having a Super team rather than having superstars. With the
use of ideal group activities and exercises, we could develop teams to become cohesive units
of individuals that can effectively work together to achieve goals.
Other purposes includes:

Improve communication
To develop good working relationship with team members and giving them
experience of working with different team members
To establish a positive team culture, the beliefs, values and norms of behavior
To motivate team members
To establish the role of the leader in building a TEAM
Helping members to learn more about themselves and peers (strength and
weaknesses)
Improving team productivity

PROGRAMS
Since programs are custom designed, groups can request small or large group
activities as they prefer. All activities are low impact and designed for all ability levels.

Safety measures are paramount in all the programs. Preferred activities may vary based on
our assessment of the clients need.
Designed activities differ from bonding exercises, group dynamics games, team
recreation and sports games.

PROGRAM 2
May take 2-3 hours, depending on the capability of the group and number of
participants

Option 1: Caliraya Adventure Race or Amazing Race

Ideal for groups with maximum 80 participants (4 teams )
Groups must go through series of task (Puzzle Predicament, Wall Climbing or
Rappelling Event, Pool Problem, Canoeing Experience, Obstacle Course, and Mud Slide) as
indicated in the assigned task cards (color coded). This exercise will test each members
skills individually and how they work as a team.

Option 2: Selection of maximum eight (8) Team Building Activities

This program is ideal for a group with 60-80 participants. The group can choose from
a list of teambuilding activities that they want to do. May it be physically challenging or
mentally challenging.

Team Building Activities Selections

Air Lock
A team building activity that emphasizes communication, careful steady movement, and
team coordination. All members of the team will be linked by being tied to one another,
ankle to ankle and must pass through an obstacle.
All Aboard
This event challenges the group to get everyone on top of a platform for a negotiated period
of time (normally a long 5 seconds). Yes, each member must have both feet off the ground.
This challenge is a good warm-up initiative to get the team communicating and working
together.
Blind Polygon
The team must form a square, star or other geometric shape with a piece of rope (if they can

find it) while blindfolded. Once they find the length of rope, real communication and
cooperation will be required to work synergistically to form the shape.
Canoe relay
Teams will ride a canoe and paddle going to a certain point then back.
Earth ball Challenge
Teams will compete against each other. They will be playing a game similar to a volleyball
game except that they will be using an 8 foot ball. Alternate service is applied regardless
who wins the serve. Teamwork, communication, participation and cooperation are needed.
Electric Fence
The object is for the entire team to get over the "electric fence" (the string or rope) without
getting "electrocuted" (touching the rope). No going under either! Only one team member
can go over at a time, but can be helped by team-mates. Other team members can help any
way they want, but once a person is over the fence, they must stay over the fence and may
not come back around to help anyone. So the last person each time must somehow get over
the fence without help from the other side. This game requires lots of teamwork and
cooperation.
Helium Stick
Deceptively simple but powerful exercise for learning how to work together and
communicate. The challenge is to lower the Helium Stick (rod) to the ground with every
members index finger in contact with the rod.
Magic Carpet
This activity involves communication and teamwork. The team is on a magic carpet ride
and must turn the carpet over without touching the ground surrounding the magic carpet.
Marble Transfer
A fast paced activity. Each participant gets one half pipe tubing. The group must transfer a
marble from one point to another without dropping it.

Mine Field
This engaging activity involves communication and trust. Members direct their blindfolded
team mate through a mine field of objects.
Obstacle Course
Teams must go through an obstacle course one by one.

Sack Wheel Race

Teams will get into a giant sack looking like a tank wheel. And the wheels have a race.
Slide Pinoy Relay
One by one, members must slide down the Slide Pinoy, dismounting safely and run back to
give the seat for the next member to ride. First team to finish wins.
Slip and Slide
Each member of the team will be given a plastic cup to be filled with water at the start of
the slide. Only one person at a time is allowed to slide and transfer the water from their
plastic cup to the empty container.
Spiders Web
A 'web' is placed between two poles with varying sized spaces. The objective is to move the
entire team through the web, without touching the cord and using each opening only once.
One of the most popular and exciting events, it helps a team effectively determine roles.
Traffic Jam
You just got to do it to understand. The team is broken down into two sides. Each group
faces toward the middle. They must switch sides without passing anyone facing the same
direction.
Trust Fall
Effective at helping an individual and a team explore both how it feels to trust and be
trusted. A member deliberately allows themselves to fall, relying on other members of the
group to catch them.
Unity walk
The component is constructed of two boards with numerous ropes attached to each board.
The group uses the two boards to cross a specified distance, without touching the ground.
