On Thursday, May 26, 2016 at approx. 1:30 AM, Jackson Police Officers responded to UMMC
regarding a subject that had been shot. Upon officers arrival, it was learned that 22 year old
male victim had been shot in the right leg. The suspect was described as a black male in a light
colored Honda Accord with a black or dark colored fender. This incident occurred on Lindsey
Dr. near Oakmont Dr. The victim was transported to the hospital via private vehicle for medical
treatment. He is listed in stable condition.
During the investigation, Robbery/Homicide Detectives developed and identified Jamerio
Hudson as the person allegedly responsible for this incident. He is currently wanted for one
count of Aggravated Assault.

ARMED AND DANGEROUS.
