US Silica White 4070 2
DESCRIPTION
This Northern White monocrystalline alpha-quartz proppant is derived from the Sylvania, St.
Ottawa
Peter and Wonewoc formations and processed and sized at the U.S. Silica plants in Michigan,
Illinois, Missouri and Wisconsin. The extremely durable proppant exhibits exceptional
strength, integrity and purity, and will not degrade or dissolve during handling and pumping
associated with normal fracturing operations.
Sparta
Proppant specific gravity of 2.65 enables maximum suspension and lateral fracture placement
Compatible with all hydraulic fracturing chemicals
High-quality Krumbein Factors (roundness and sphericity) ensure optimum downhole
Pacific
APPLICATIONS
All sandstone and fractured shale formations requiring high-strength
alpha-quartz proppants
Recommended for formations with net closure stresses up to 6,000 psi
