REQUEST FOR PLACEMENT OF NIP INTERNS AT VOCATIONAL

TRAINING INSTITUTE BAHAWALNAGAR & HAROON ABAD.

Respected Sir,
I would like to Introduce to your honor our Organization, The Punjab Vocational
Training Council (PVTC) which is an autonomous body established by the Punjab
Government through the PVTC Act of 1998. Its mission is to alleviate poverty through
Muslim Charity (Zakat) by imparting demand driven skill training and enhancing
employability for disadvantaged youth. PVTC has already established 223 Vocational
Training Institutes (VTIs) all across Punjab and till now more than 375,319 youth girls
and boys have been trained in 63 different trades. Presently we are actively engaged
in carrying out Chief Ministers Project for training the youth of Punjab in various
technical trades. We are also in extensive collaboration with organizations like
NAVTTC, PSDF, GIZ, NRSP etc for the impartment of technical education.
Presently VTI Bahawalnagar is situated at Jalwala Road, inside Govt. Comprehensive
High School, Bahawalngar with 01 female sub campus running at Haroonabad. We are
providing training in 08 (eight) different trades i.e. Computer Applications & Office
Professional, Computer Hardware & Network Professional, Clinical Assistant, Repair
and Maintenance of Electrical Appliances, Beautician, Auto Mechanic and Embroidery.
The institute is providing training to more than 1500 trainees per annum. It is a great
opportunity for NIP Interns to learn and serve and polish their careers. Currently, 02
seats i.e. Jr. Instructor Computer Hardware Repair & Network Professional and
Computer Operator / Office Assistant are vacant at VTI Bahawalnagar and 01 seat of
Instructor Computer Software is vacant at VTI Haroonabad Campus.
Therefore it is requested to your good honor for placement of NIP Interns at
Vocational Training Institute Bahawalnagar & Haroon Abad having Master
Degree in Computer Science, or Diploma Holders in Computer( preferably
female for Haroonabad campus as that is primarily a female campus).
Your earliest response in that regard will be highly beneficial for our efforts
to provide demand driven skills to the disadvantaged youth of Punjab.
