Middle East Product Guide

Leading manufacturer of high quality unsaturated polyester,

DCPD and Vinyl Ester resins, gelcoats, Crestomer
adhesives and pigments to the global composite industry.
Over sixty years of developing innovative materials for the
following industries:

Scott Bader Company Ltd was founded in 1920 by

Ernest Bader. In 1941 Scott Bader successfully
produced the first room temperature cure polyester
resin and a few years later, in 1949, developed the
first air-drying polyesters.
In 1954 the first marine polyester resin was developed to
make a GRP hull for Halmatics Perpetua, the first GRP
boat in the world and then in 1965 developed the first
marine class gelcoat.

Multi purpose structural adhesive.

Amine Accelerated

Multi purpose structural adhesive

Outstanding adhesion to a wide range of metals, ceramics and polymeric materials.

Superiority over bonding pastes in adhesion, impact resistance and resistance to crack
propagation. Long working time making it ideal for structural bonding of very large
mouldings. Structural adhesion even when bonding FRP laminates with a 25mm thick
bond line. Pre accelerated, non-slumping structural adhesive with low odour

Nonslumping

Outstanding adhesion to a wide range of metals, ceramics and polymeric materials.
