Crispy Chicken Wings

Makes 8

Ingredients:
140 g/1 cup flour
5g/1 tablespoon salt
5g/1 tablespoon pepper
8 chicken wings or drumettes
450 ml/2 cups canola oil, for frying
Preparation:
In a medium bowl, stir together the flour, salt, and pepper. Toss the chicken wings in the flour mixture, coating them evenly. Shake off any excess flour and place
the wings on a plate.
In a large skillet, heat the oil over high heat until hot. Carefully lower the chicken wings into the hot oil and fry for about 4 minutes, flipping once. Remove the
wings from the oil with tongs or a slotted spoon and place wings on a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
Honey BBQ Chicken Wings
Makes 8
Ingredients:
170 ml/ cup barbecue sauce
45g/ 3 tablespoons honey
8 Crispy Chicken Wings (see recipe above)
In a medium skillet over medium heat, combine the barbecue sauce and honey and bring to a simmer, stirring. Add the chicken wings and stir to coat them evenly
with the sauce. Cook for about 3 minutes, then serve.
Buffalo Chicken Wings
Makes 8
Ingredients:
cup hot sauce
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
8 Crispy Chicken Wings (see recipe above)
In a medium skillet over medium heat, combine the hot sauce and butter and bring to a simmer, stirring. Add the chicken wings and stir to coat them evenly in the
sauce. Cook for about 3 minutes, then serve.
Teriyaki Chicken Wings
Makes 8
Ingredients:
cup soy sauce
cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons honey
1 tbsp sesame seeds
8 Crispy Chicken Wings (see recipe above)
In a medium skillet over medium heat, combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, and sesame seeds and bring to a simmer, stirring. Add the chicken wings and
stir to coat them evenly in the sauce. Cook for about 5 minutes, then serve.
Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings
Makes 8
Ingredients:
cup ( stick) unsalted butter
2 tablespoons minced garlic
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan
8 Crispy Chicken Wings (see recipe above)
In a medium skillet over medium heat, combine the butter, garlic, parsley, and parmesan, and bring to a simmer, stirring. Add the chicken wings and stir to coat
them evenly in the sauce. Cook for about 2 minutes, then serve.
