EOS Attribute Identifiers
The table below lists the Extended Ownership Security (EOS) Application Identifiers in alphabetical order. These identifiers
determine permissions when an agreement exists for your office, unless otherwise noted.
You can update these identifiers:

Indicates whether an office or group of offices can view or maintain Amadeus Instant Messages in a neutral Air
Availability display.
AIP
Indicates whether an office or group of offices can view or maintain Amadeus Instant Messages in an Air
Availability Carrier Preferred display.
APR
Indicates whether an office or group of offices can retrieve a specified airline's prepaid tickets (PTA).
ARY
Indicates whether an office or group of offices can view or maintain RY remarks in a PNR.
ASR
Indicates whether non-Amadeus systems or applications can view or update Advance Seat Reservations on
System User airlines.
Note: This application identifier can only be updated by Amadeus.
AVL
Indicates if a Participating Carrier allows an office or group of offices to perform group Availability displays on its
flights.
BMG
Indicates whether an office or group of offices accepts Broadcast Messages from another office or group of
offices.
BRF
Indicates whether an office or group of offices allows another office or group of offices to display, or display and
update, its Briefing pages.
BYP
Indicates whether an office or group of offices have access to data on another system.
CAR
Indicates whether an office or group of offices can maintain Amadeus Instant Messages for Car Availability
displays. This attribute can only be updated at the corporate level.
CCA
Indicates whether an office or group of offices can perform Complete Access transactions with a specific car
company.
Note: If no agreement exists, Complete Access is allowed. The presence of access mode
N inhibits Complete Access.
CLG
Indicates whether a System User airlines allows other GDSs or applications to claim its Group PNRs.
CLI
Indicates whether a System User airline allows other GDSs or applications to claim its individual PNRs.
CLM
CPR
Indicates whether an office or group of offices allows another office or group of offices to view and update its
Customer Profiles.
CRD
CRU
Indicates whether an office or group of offices can access a specific cruise line using Amadeus Cruise.
CVP
Indicates whether an office or group of offices allows another office or group of offices to print car vouchers on
its printers.
Note: Car Voucher Print is currently unavailable in the U.S. market.
DAC
Indicates whether internal Amadeus functions can perform Direct Access entries for the specified airline.
DCB
Indicates whether an office or group of offices allows another office or group of offices to maintain its Document
Bank. This attribute must have access mode B at the receiving officereceiving office for remote ticketing and
allows for the Electronic Ticket Display (TWD) to be viewed between offices.
DIC
DLX
Indicates whether an office or group of offices can delete a segment from a PNR without sending a message to
the participating carrier.

Indicates whether an office or group of offices can maintain Amadeus Instant Messages for encode/decode
display.
EOS
Indicates whether an office or group of offices allows another office to view or maintain its EOS agreements.
Note: The receiving office must be a complete office ID. Wildcards (*) are not permitted.
This attribute can only be updated by Amadeus.
ETK
Indicates whether the electronic ticket indicator is sent to another CRS when a System User airline replies to a
sell transaction.
Note: This identifier can only be updated by Amadeus.
ESI

Indicates whether the airline allows an office or group of offices to view and update its Frequent Flyer online
database.
FLI
Indicates whether the airline allows an office or group of offices to display its Dynamic Flight Information.
Note: This identifier can only be updated by Amadeus.
FLT
Indicates whether an airline allows an office or group of offices to make flight-specific availability requests.
FPE
Indicates whether the office is granted the same permission for PNR elements as an office that is part of the
corporation.

Indicates whether the office is granted the same permission to PNR RX elements as an office that is part of the
corporation.

Indicates whether an airline allows an office or group of offices to include the Forward Scan option (/S) when
requesting availability.

Indicates whether an airline allows Internet applications to include the Forward Search option when requesting
availability.

Indicates whether an office or group of offices allows another office or group of offices to print hotel vouchers on
its printers.
Note: Hotel Voucher Print is currently unavailable in the U.S. market.
ICA
Indicates whether the receiver can cancel an insurance segment from a PNR that is owned by owner of the
EOS agreement.
INV
Indicates whether an office or group of offices allows an office or group of offices to print invoices on its printers.
This attribute must be set to at least Write access for remote invoice printing.
IPS
Indicates whether an office or group of offices allows another office or group of offices to update the Security
element (ES) in its PNRs.
ITN
Indicates whether an office or group of offices allows an office or group of offices to print itineraries on its
printers. This attribute must be set to at least Write access for remote itinerary printing.
IVP
Indicates whether an office or group of offices allows another office or group of offices to print insurance
vouchers on its printers.
Note: Insurance Voucher Print is currently unavailable in the U.S. market.

fields in a Negotiated Space block.

prepaid ticket (PTA) belonging to the airline.

Indicates whether the office ID specified can be included in an FK PNR element. The FK element defines the
destination for Amadeus Interface Records (AIR) sent by the mirroring process for back office accounting.

Indicates whether an office or group of offices can access, or access and update, an airline's UNIX Market
Database.

Indicates whether an office or group of offices can perform name changes on PNRs containing Frequent Flyer
numbers, when the airline stores its Frequent Flyer database in Amadeus.

Indicates whether an office or group of offices can update an airline's Negotiated Space data.

Indicates whether an office or group of offices can create passive Negotiated Space allotments.
NEQ
Used for negotiated space. It allows the receiver to make the LOTQ entry to suspend and reinstate the display
and sale of negotiated space blocks for the owner airline.
NEV
Allows the receiver to display negotiated space blocks and availability by event.
NMC
Indicates whether an office or group of offices can change married segment conditions for a specific airline's
segments.
NMT
Indicates whether an airline has granted an office or group of offices permission to update their Name-Change
Table.
OPE

Indicates whether an office or group of offices can view, or view and update, another office's confidential Option
elements.
PAS
Indicates whether an office or group of offices can book Passive segments on a specific Non-Participating
Carrier.
PDI

Indicates whether an office or group of offices can retrieve another office's Past Date Records.
PGC
Indicates whether an airline office allows an office or group of offices to claim group PNRs.
PHC
Indicates whether an office or group of offices can update information belonging to the specified hotel chain.
PNC
Indicates whether an airline office allows an office or group of offices to claim individual PNRs.
PNG
Indicates whether an office or group of offices can retrieve another office's group PNRs by any method. If PNG
access is granted, the same access level is automatically set for PNL.
PNL
Indicates whether an office or group of offices can retrieve another office's group PNRs by record locator only. If
this attribute is specified, the PNG attribute is automatically set to access level N.
PNN
Indicates whether an office or group of offices can retrieve another office's individual PNRs by record locator
only. If this attribute is specified, the PNO attribute is automatically set to access lever N.
PNO
Indicates whether an office or group of offices can retrieve another office's individual PNRs by all methods. If
PNO access is granted, the same access level is automatically set for PNN.
PNS
Indicates whether an office or group of offices can retrieve PNRs that contain at least one segment belonging to
the owning office.
POS
Indicates whether an airline office allows an office or group of offices to view, or view and maintain, its point of
sale data.
PRF
Indicates whether an airline office allows an office or group of offices to view, or view and maintain, its UNIX
preference database.
PSD
Indicates whether an airline office allows an office or group of offices to view, or view and maintain, its UNIX
point of sale database.
PTA
Indicates whether a System User airline office allows an office or group of offices to issue prepaid tickets (PTA).

PTS
Indicates whether an airline office allows an office or group of offices to issue prepaid tickets (PTA) when the
airline is not a System User.
PVM
Indicates whether an office or group of offices can view and maintain another office's Office Profile.
QUE
Indicates whether an office or group of offices can view, maintain, or place items on another office's queues.
Note: If QUE access is granted, the receiving office cannot view the PNRs on queue
without PNO access.
RAG
Indicates whether a non-System User airline office allows an office or group of offices to retrieve group PNRs.
RAI
Indicates whether a non-System User airline office allows an office or group of offices to retrieve individual
PNRs.
RAL
Used internally by other software programs. This attribute can only be updated by Amadeus.
RCA
RFI
Indicates whether a System User airline office allows a Participating airline or remote CRS to display its flight
information. This attribute can only be updated by Amadeus.
RMO
Indicates whether an office or group of offices can use remote sign-in to sign in to the owning office.
Note: The sign at the target office must also have the RMO sign attribute set to Yes.
RPC
Indicates whether an office or group of offices can update the Responsible Party field of PNRs belonging to the
owning office.
RSA

Indicates whether a System User airline office allows a non-Amadeus office (such as Web sites) to display its
seat maps.

Indicates whether an office or group of offices can view, or view and maintain, another office's Sales Reports.
This attribute must be set to access level B for the receiving office to be able to void, reinstate and refund
transactions for the owning office without signing in remotely.

Indicates whether an office or group of offices can access another office's confidential TSTs. Currently
confidential TSTs are not available in the U.S. market.

Indicates whether an office or group of offices have access to the specified tour operator.
UMN
Indicates whether an airline office allows an office or group of offices to display flights with an unaccompanied
minor status.
XMS
Routes hotel messages from agency offices (receivers) to specified hotel chains (owners) using the Amadeus
XML Direct Connect Message Router.
