4. The Maximum age of the applicant as on the last date of application should be less than 58 years.
5. The selected candidates will be on probation for a period of one year, which may be
extended if considered necessary.
6. Pay will be fixed as per Companys rules.
7. Selection will be made strictly on the basis of merit, past service record, attendance,
aptitude and performance in the interview.
8. During the period of probation, if the performance is found to be
unsatisfactory, he/she will be reverted to original post and grade held before
being recruited to the advertised post and in case vacancies do not exist in
parent department, alternate post in the same grade but may or may not be
in the same discipline will be offered.
9. Satisfying all the above conditions preference will be given to SC/ST/OBC/PWD/Minority
candidates as per the Presidential Directives.
10. Selected candidates will not be eligible to apply for Internal Recruitment again till they
complete 2 years in the new post.
Prescribed Application forms can be had from the respective HRM Department. If required
a separate sheet may be attached. Completed application forms should be forwarded to the

through proper channel on or before 06.04.2016. Applications received thereafter will not be
entertained.
