All registered teams will receive the following: 18 holes of golf w/cart, buffet dinner with
roast beef, chicken, sides, dessert and coffee, and entry into door prize drawing. Please
send this registration form along with check or money order payable to, “Jefferson
County Democratic Committee” to 95 Public Square Box 5A Watertown, NY 13601. Onsite
registration begins at 12:30 p.m. on Friday, July 16th. Beer and additional buffets will
need to be purchased in advance (see prices below.)

Golf Fee: $280 (if registered and paid by July 9th $260) $

Please reserve extra buffet dinner(s) at $25 each. $

Beer is $10 per pack w/ice and cooler on your cart ready to go.
