5-10mg OD for 5-10days. Start on D16 or D21 of menstrual cycle.
Withdrawal bleeding: 3-7days after d/c 1,2

10 mg every 4 h orally (max80mg) until bleeding stops

then every 6 h for 4 days,

then every 12 h for 2 days to 2 weeks,
