Work Experience/Employment:
Oct 2014 to May 2015: Customer Service Advisor ABTRAN, Bishopstown, Cork City.
Worked as part of the Government Resource Team which involved working with
three different accounts simultaneously, whereas other teams only worked with one
account.

Volunteered with the Mature Student Office, and the uLink peer support
programme to introduce new students to the university. This involved being
appointed a specific group of students, guiding them around the campus during
orientation, emailing these students throughout the year, and organising social
events for the students.
Designed safety statements and method statements, when required, for industrial
projects. The position also involved frequent interaction with customers and window
installation personnel.
Managed the family farm which involved keeping a record of all the livestock on the
farm, and maintaining documentation associated with the purchase, and
administration of all the animal vaccines.
