    InfoTech has hosted Greene Community College's graduation at their facility each year, but this year there is a conflict. InfoTech has their largest annual sales meeting that same weekend that will host 200 representatives and their families. Due to parking and space constraints, InfoTech cannot host both events that weekend. However, they suggest two other local facilities, the Municipal Botanical Gardens and the Hilton Head Community Center, that are available alternatives for GCC's graduation. InfoTech looks forward to hosting GCC's graduation again next year if the date does not conflict with their sales meeting.

    Dear Dr. Robinson:


    Through our long term relationship it has been such
    great pleasure to have the opportunity to host the
    Greene Community College graduation at our
    facility each year.
    As you may know, the InfoTech company wide sales
    meeting falls on the same weekend as GCC spring
    commencement. This meeting is our largest of the
    year and will host all 200 sales representatives and
    their families to the InfoTech building. It is not
    possible to host both events on the same weekend
    due to parking and space constraints.
    However, we partner with other facilities that I have
    been in contact with, The Municipal Botanical
    Gardens and the Hilton Head Community Center are
    both wonderful facilities and are available for your
    use for graduation weekend. I would be happy to
    get their contact information over to you.
    We would be very pleased to have the opportunity
    to host the graduation at our facility next year.
    Please let us know as soon as possible the date of
    graduation for 2017. This way we can ensure
    availability of our facility for you.
