Swing throwing arm down & back shifting weight to the foot on same side

Swing throwing arm forward, stepping forward with opposing foot

Extend arm to release ball off the fingertips, fingers pointing to target

Scissors Feet;
Staggered stance with your non-dominant foot forward
Bean bag in hand by back leg
Swing Back;
Throwing arms
Swing back and weight shifts to the back foot
Step & Throw;
Step forward onto front foot ( students can either transfer their weight onto
front foot)
Ball and arm swing forward
Ball is released out front at approximately waist level
Arm follows through to-wards target.
