2. Hatch bolt is absent in that toilet to be installed

Under Graduate Clinic work area

1. Sliding glass window to be fixed

2. Absence of light in the tracing light in two of the tracing table present
there is absence of plywood in the base in of one of the tracing tables

Faculty Room

1. Absence of door stopper

2. Sliding window blinds to be fixed

Postgraduate Room

1. Wall tile missing

2. Screen cloth to be changed

Toilet present near the faculty lift

1. Door Hatch bolt to be replaced
2. Wash basin tap is missing need to be replaced

Clinical Area

1. Floor tiles to be repaired or replaced

2. 12 number of 15Amps Switch with plug points to be installed
3. Window stopper in the sliding windows to be replaced or
reinstalled
4. Drain cover to be installed in the floor.
