    Narration of Facts:
    Reporter together with the witness appeared before
    this office to put into record that witness personally saw
    the commission of the crime of stabbing incident
    identifying the victim and respondent. That witness stated
    that while she was preparing to close her store, she saw

    the victim sitting on his own tricycle drinking alcoholic


    drink at the front of Mina Public Market. Suddenly, the
    respondent came with a knife and rapidly stabbed the
    victim four times without any particular reason until the
    victim died.
