AFFIDAVIT
I, _____________, S/o. _____________, aged about --- years, residing at
_____________, do hereby solemnly affirm and state on oath as follows:
1.

I am the Petitioner in the above writ petition and I know the facts of the
case and hence I am swearing to this affidavit in support of my
application for amendment of the Petition.

2.

That while filing the above petition, though I had applied for certified
copies

of

enquiry

report,

recovery

report

and

the

internal

communications between the Respondent officials, I did not receive the

same.

3.

That in order to properly address the issues in my petition, copies of

the enquiry report, recovery report and the internal communications
between the Respondent officials are crucial to put forth my case in a
proper and complete manner.

4.

That for the abovementioned reason the Petitioner may be allowed by

this Honble Court to produce ordinary Xerox copies of the enquiry
report, recovery report and the internal communications between the
Respondent officials.

5.

That if the above dispensation is not allowed, the Petitioner will suffer
irreparable loss and injury that cannot be compensated in any other
manner, whereas no injury or loss whatsoever will incur to the
Respondents.

6.

That the balance of convenience is entirely in the Petitioners favour

that the Petitioner may be allowed by this Honble Court to produce
ordinary Xerox copies of the enquiry report, recovery report and the
internal communications between the Respondent officials, in the
interests of justice and equity.

7.

Hence this Honble Court may be pleased to allow the prayer for
dispensation from producing certified copies made in the accompanying
application in the interests of justice and equity.

and correct to the best of my knowledge, information and belief.
