USB Recording with the VLZ3/VLZ4 2404, 3204?

Question: How does the 2404-VLZ3 work for recording?

Answer: The way the 2404-VLZ3 uses the USB to record is by utilizing
specific subgroups on the mixer.
There are two switches in the master section labeled USB OUT.
When the CH1-2 switch is pressed in it will send the main mix to the
USB.
The volume of this recording is set by the individual channel faders
(sliders).
Make sure you have good levels throughout the board and that all your
channels are routed to come through the Main Mix (L/R Switch at
bottom of each channel.)
If the signals are still not loud enough you will have to individually gain
up the channels you are recording either through the gain trim or the
fader.
