Business Head of Cluster with complete ownership of Sales, Operations and allied branch functions.
This position holder will be responsible for managing key relationships and ensures business development across
all distribution segments (IFAs, National Distributors, Banks, PSU & Co-op Banks etc.) and manage Corporates &
SMEs at all branch locations of the Cluster.
Will play a strategic role in the future growth and expansion of the organisation
Will be part of key talent pool and will be groomed for leadership roles in Regions / Zones.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for achieving Sales Targets of the cluster and mapped branches.
Formulate strategy for developing all business segments and diligent deployment of targets across segments.
Responsibility of top line & bottom line of the cluster.
Will drive Relationship Management and will take care of activities like Sales Targets, Sales patterns in the market,
Market & industry analysis, generating & increasing sales, selection & motivation of agents/distributors.
Enhance relationship value with managed Corporate / Nat. Distributors / Agents / Banks etc within the cluster
resulting in growth in business.
Acquisition of new and emerging business potential channels.
Regular monitoring of individual productivity of the team members.
Drive initiatives and campaign launched by Zonal/ HO.
Assist in creation & refining of processes followed and support systems.
Ensure right- selling by all team members through regular training.
Periodic business review of team.
Ensuring Compliance with regulations.

EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES


Experience
MBA with minimum 5 years of work experience.
AMFI Advisory Module certification compulsory.
Should be ready to expand job portfolio horizontally.
