Conditions of entry

1. Raising money for the nominated charity is a condition of entry. The target for each team is $1000
for our chosen charity of Starship Childrens Hospital.
2. The event is limited to 52 cars – minis of any year or any other classic car as featured in the film
Goodbye Pork Pie.
3. Drivers must present a valid driver's licence before beginning the event and every vehicle must be
registered, insured and have a current warrant of fitness.
4. A team is made up of the car and two participants. The cost of any extra passenger must be
negotiated directly with the organisers.
5. Cancellations must be in writing. Applicable charges up to 31stJan 2011 - $50, 27 February 2011-
$100. From the 27 February – 21 April 2011 any refunds for cancellations between these dates will
be at organisers discretion.
6. Entry cost for 7 nights hotel/motel, bed and breakfast accommodation, 1x Inter islander ferry
crossing for car and two people, 2x formal celebration dinners in Invercargill.
7. All other arrangements are at the participant's expense – eg dinners, return journey to your home,
breakdowns etc.
8. Deposit of $400 payable on registration and full payment by Friday 11th March 2011 by
electronic transfer to the a/c number below.
9. All breakfasts are continental. If participants wish to have a cooked breakfast the difference must be
paid for by the participants.
10. In the spirit of the classic film we will take the road trip of a life time from Kaitaia to Invercargill.

11. Cost: $1765 per team (1 car 2 persons)
If you think you have the enthusiasm, dedication, and stamina ( not forgetting a Mini of any shape, size,
colour or year) then jump in your car, load the glasses, the laugh, the water pistols and flags and join us for
the Pork Pie run and the experience of a lifetime whilst at the same time raising money for the children at
Starship Hospital - after all they are all MINI adults!!!
