Recent transmissions have been intense, with flows of new energy coming in as we
release ourselves from the hold of polarity on deeper and deeper levels.

Our minds have been active, surrendering places where old programming holds us,
and replacing old beliefs with new possibilities. There are many different ways in
which this new energy can be integrated and expressed, and many ways in which this
healing of polarity manifests within our lives. There is no right way or wrong way to do
any of this, and every individual experience will be unique. The "how" doesn't matter.
It is time now to still our minds, and open our hearts.

Instead of focusing on a specific intent this time, let us simply become a conduit to
receive and transmit the wordless purity of Source as it wishes to manifest upon our
Earth. Entering into unity with no expectation or desire other than the fulfillment of
Divine Intent, let us allow ourselves to dissolve within the heart of God (Source, Spirit,
whatever label you prefer).

We are allowing the Sacred to breathe and speak and ground within Humanity
through the open portal of our hearts.

VISUALIZATION

Here is a suggestion for a visualization to help you still your mind and feel
deeply the flow of energy of Source as it flows through our Earth and through
our self.

Visualize a spiral of energy coming in through the top of your head. Imagine that it
spirals down in a golden thread through your crown chakra, down your spine, and out
through the soles of your feet and into the earth. Imagine that on the in-breath, this
energy moves through you, passing through your heart.

Now imagine a spiral of silver energy which moves upward through the soles of your
feet, along your spine, and out through the top of your head, passing also through
your heart as it moves. Imagine that on each in-breath, this energy moves through
you.

Next picture both of these spirals moving together through your body on each in-
breath, twisting together as a double helix. One golden thread moving in from above,
and one silver thread moving up from below. As they pass each other in your heart,
feel the vibration of energy there. Feel how it builds as you inhale.

On your out-breath, see this energy moving outward from your heart in waves. Notice
the FEELING as it moves. Feel it as it radiates from your being.

Experience this as deeply as you can, giving yourself over to the feeling. If you mind
begins to chatter, that's ok. Let it. Smile at it, and simply bring your attention back to
the feeling of your breath and the flow of the energy through your body.
