and Im Josette Aguinaldo, your moderators of todays seminar. We appreciate

for this event and in fact ,I had a hard time trying to sleep last night.

Uri: Now, To present to you our guest speaker this morning, may we call on
stage our Co-CDHD trainee, Ms. Katherine Morales. Lets give her a round of
