Update Tableau Param v0.

7 macro:
This macro updates Tableau parameters inside TWB (Tableau Workbook) files from
user-controllable ODBC data sources. This macro shows how Alteryx can be treat
most anything as a data source including XML files.

how it works
After making a backup of the workbook the XML for each TWB is parsed using a set
of nested multi-row formulas rather than using the XML parse tool to preserve
Tableau's internal formatting. In particular, a Tableau-formatted TWB will use sinqle
quotes for most values, Alteryx's XML Parse returns double-quotes.
Once the parameters for update have been identified that list is joined with the
parameter source file list, then queries are issued to get the updated set of values.
That data is then merged back into the original file.
