Minutes of the General body meeting held on 2 nd Sep 2010 At 11.00 Hours in the
committee room of the campus.
Members Present:

Mr Sadik Shaikh (Special Invitee)

1. Marketing Department:
The marketing department had given the suggestion of introducing on line
marketing, using medium such as Blog, web and Pop ups so to advertise all over
Gujarat. They mention on targeting the under graduates so to encourage them to
take admission in our college. There were no comments received so it was
assumed to be taken by all and so approved and singed by the members and chair
person.
2. Finance Department:
The financial help should be initiated from the trusties and the Rotarians, equal
target should be distributed among the students of first and second year and major
concern should be shown towards D&NH, DD, and Vapi hence it was approved
by members and the chair person.
3. Registration Department:
There should be a separate online a/c for nexus for the student who is willing to
apply online. No last moment registration should be allowed except informal
events. There were no comments received so it was assumed to be taken by all
and so approved and singed by the members and chair person.
4. Catering Department:
The catering department suggested using coupons for the purpose of serving food,
For the participants.

5. Creativity Department:
The events to be held between UG/PG should be kept separate. The stage must be
big, smooth and over covered. The decoration should be done as per the theme
based all over the campus.
