Important Notification for Candidates

appearing for LLB-5 and LLB-3 CET 2016.
1).Hon. High Court of Bombay in WP No. 6608/2016 has rejected prayer for stay of Common
Entrance Test for Law Courses for LL.B.5 Years on Saturday the 18th June2016 and LL.B. 3 Years
on Sunday 19th June 2016 respectively. Hence, the LL.B.-5 and LL.B.-3 year CET will be held as
per the schedule. However, this interim order is subject to the result/outcome of WP 6608/2016. The
next hearing in the case is scheduled on 27th June2016.
Candidates should please note that there are other petitions namely WP No. 2511/2015 and WP
No.2082/2015 etc. pending in the Hon. High Court of judicature at Bombay and also in the other
benches of Bombay High Court challenging the constitutional validity of the Act XXVIII of 2015.

Special instructions to the Candidates

2) Candidates appearing for LLB-5 and LL.B.-3 Year CET are informed that

They should report to the Examination Centre well before the time indicated on their
Admit Card/Hall Ticket.

In no Case latecomers will be allowed in the Examination hall.

Candidates should carry their original photo identity card proof along with change of name
proof in original as specified in the information brochure and Admit Card/ Hall ticket. EAadhar card and Ration cards are not accepted as proofs. Soft copy of the Photo identity
card & Colour Xerox of the Photo identity card is also not allowed.

Without Admit Card/ Hall ticket and Original Photo ID and original proof of Change in
name ( in respect of Married women) candidates will not be allowed in the examination
centre.
