VerificationMethods
WeatRISATechnologiesmaintainalibraryofdozensoftestproblemsusedtovalidatethe
computationalaspectsofRISAprograms.Inthisverificationpackagewepresentarepresentative
sampleofthesetestproblemsforyourreview.
Thesetestproblemsshouldnotnecessarilybeusedasdesignexamples;insomecasestheinputand
assumptionsweuseinthetestproblemsmaynotmatchwhatadesignengineerwoulddoinareal
worldapplication.TheinputforthesetestproblemswasformulatedtotestRISA3Dsperformance,
notnecessarilytoshowhowcertainstructuresshouldbemodeled.
TheRISASectionsolutionsforeachoftheseproblemsarecomparedtohandcalculationsorvaluesfrom
trustedpublishedreferences.
Thedataforeachoftheseverificationproblemsisprovided.ThefilesareRISASectionVerification
