PROJECT 1- URBAN CHARACTER
1. Search for/find/recall from prior knowledge/select an area of the city with a
distinct/unique character. Could be of any scale.
2. Record/understand the character through many modes of perception/recording
that naturally rise from the character.
3. Analyse/interpret/list the character in terms of its subcomponents that go into the
making of the character.

Evaluation Criteria
1. Selection of the area based on distinctive character.
2. Modes or recordings/representations as closest to perception and character and
best conveying. There could be many. Closest need not necessarily mean the most
realistic. Think about the modes you already know and choose from them or make
your own permutations combinations. The key word here is representation.
3. Insight in identifying the components that go into making of the character. This is
closely related and interlinked with 1 & 2, but still is separated here for
convenience.
