A La Carte Service
1. Cocktail/Food Attendant greets guest Good Morning
etc. and introduce self.
2. Give the menu while giving a warm welcome.
3. Ask if cash or charge (Depends on the familiarity of
the playing guest).If u know him/her well especially
high rolling players VIP give it a go.
4. Always ask beverage orders 1st before the food.
5. Make an order slip of the order.
6. If CHARGE or COMPLIMENTARY, get an approval
of any authorized officers either VIP hosts or Pit
Managers.
7. If approved, send the order slip to the kitchen or bar.
8. Prepare necessary cutleries and condiments. If its in
Gaming or Slot area, prepare the Side Table.
9. Serve the Beverage 1st then the food will follow.
10.
Let the guest sign the O.S. after he/she finish.
11.
Give the signed O.S. to the Authorized Officers
for the final approval.
12.
If Cash, get the payment to the guest and let
the cashier handle the bill.
13.
Put tips on the tip box.
