The experience certificate for current occupation must include the following

information for each of the position held in that organization:

Name of applicant
Designation
Name of department & organization
Period of employment
Duty Hours per week
Annual Salary and benefits (numbers and words; in both)
Major Responsibilities (for each position held in the same company)
Training and achievement; (if any)
Reporting superior/ HR detail (name, designation, Co. name, phone, email) &
signature
Company seal

The experience certificate must be issued in company letterhead pad.
