PROLOGUE
We offer this government plan to the Ipainian citizens because we believe
that Ipainia deserves to continue growing.
Ipainia is a micronation that over his almost three year of existence has
worked to become a model of a great micronation.
Democrats has lead Ipainia since its foundation and the current progress we
see now is a result of the innovative ideas contributed by our party
members.
Our main objective is to work efficiently in the implementation of the Future
Goals of Ipainia made by Alexander I (king of Ipainia) and Matthew
Hamptons (current president).

AGRICULTURE
We are going to promote agriculture in our micronation, this implies:
- To inform about urban-agriculture and pot farming techniques through
publications by the Department of Agriculture and Food Supply.
- To ask micronations with developed agriculture about dos and donts of
how to start and maintain an agricultural system.
- Ipainian citizens that develop agriculture will be listed and asked
monthly about the situation of their crops. The government will
stimulate their progress with exclusive benefits.
- The creation of an agricultural journal that will include reports of the
situation of agriculture in the micronation and interviews to
intermicronational agricultural leaders.
MEDIA INDUSTRY
We are going to promote activity in the National Broadcasting Company of
Ipainia, Metropoli Ipainia and Metropolis Ipainia in order to create new
