Main Process Description:

The platform is designed to produce 460MMSCFD of dry sales gas by operating both
production trains at 230 MMSCFD each. In the event of one train being shutdown the other
train is able operate at a maximum production rate of 300MMSCFD of equivalent sales gas.

Both the production trains will be connected to a common well production manifold at the inlet
of the train and to a common sales gas compressors suction header. The Glycol Regeneration
train B will have the facility to feed TEG to the existing Glycol Contactor Train B or the new
Glycol Contactor Train C. There will be no other connections between the two trains,

The control system will ensure equal flow rate through both the production trains under normal
operating conditions, On the existing train 1, a provision to allow manual setting for the glycol
back pressure control valve (PV02276) opening will installed which will provide the pressure
difference in order for the flow balancing controller on Train 2 to operate.

On train 2,a flow control valve will be installed at the end the train (downstream from E-3105)
before the sales gas compressor suction header , The setpoint for the controller will be a
remote set point which is obtained from the flow transmitter downstream of the sales gas
compressor via a ratio calculation block. The flow controller setpoint (provided on train 2) will
take over in the event train 1is not in operation, A low pressure override controller close the
flow control valve in case the pressure drops below the set value.
